These terms govern your use of Web2050 (“we,” “us”), operated by The Chadha Group LLC, 9411 Newbridge Drive, Potomac, MD 20854.
We design, build, host, and maintain custom websites, typically delivered within one business day of receiving your materials.
A one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly plan (hosting, edits, support). The monthly plan has a 6-month minimum, billed in advance. Work begins after your deposit; the site is published once approved.
While on an active plan, we host and maintain your site and license its use to you. A one-time buyout of the site and source files is available on request.
After the minimum term, cancel with 30 days notice to team@web2050.com. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
You keep ownership of content and photos you provide, and grant us a license to use them to build and host your site.
Services are provided “as is.” Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.
