These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and The Chadha Group LLC, a Maryland limited liability company doing business as Web2050 (“Web2050,” “we,” “us,” “our”), located at 9411 Newbridge Drive, Potomac, MD 20854. They govern your access to and use of web2050.com and its pages, demos, and content (the “Site”).
By using the Site you represent that you are at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site provides information about Web2050 and interactive design demos. Demos are illustrative concepts only and are not a finished product, a specific offer, or a guarantee of any result. Actual design, development, hosting, and maintenance services are provided under a separate Master Services Agreement and applicable order or proposal.
The Site—including its design, code, text, graphics, logos, demos, and the “Web2050” name and marks—is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
You agree not to: (a) use the Site unlawfully or fraudulently; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers; (c) attempt unauthorized access to any system; (d) upload malicious code; (e) harvest data or use automated means to access the Site; or (f) use the Site to infringe any third party’s rights.
When you submit a form (name, business, email, phone, website, message), you consent to our contacting you about our services. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us about our services, including by automated technology; consent is not a condition of any purchase, message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out of texts by replying STOP. Our marketing emails include an unsubscribe link and our mailing address, per the CAN-SPAM Act. Do not submit sensitive information you do not wish to share. Feedback or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation. Submissions are handled per our Privacy Policy.
The Site may link to third-party sites, platforms, or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, practices, availability, or policies. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Content on the Site is for general information only and is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions and legal compliance.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY RESULT, LEAD, SALE, RANKING, OR OUTCOME WILL BE ACHIEVED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEB2050 AND THE CHADHA GROUP LLC, AND THEIR OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Web2050 and The Chadha Group LLC and their personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may modify or discontinue the Site and update these Terms at any time; changes are effective when posted with an updated date, and continued use is acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Maryland law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue for disputes not subject to arbitration is the state or federal courts in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration. You and we waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court.
These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and any Master Services Agreement, are the entire agreement regarding the Site. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. No waiver is implied by delay. You may not assign these Terms; we may.
